Michael Knott

 

 

Michael Knott is the owner of BPI Companies.  Mike is a licensed plumber in both Illinois and Iowa. He is also certified to test RPZ’s in both Illinois and Iowa

 

 
 
 

Dawn Knott is the Manager of BPI Pool Supply’s Fulton location.  She also assists with the bookkeeping / secretarial needs of BPI Companies, Inc. during the off season.

Shelly Bierman is the Office Manager of BPI Companies, Inc. She can be found at the Morrison location.

 

 
 
 
 

Sheri Nichols is the main Receptionist/Secretary for BPI Companies, Inc. She assists with daily bookkeeping and oversees and schedules the pool maintenance.

Jeff Maxson

Jeff Maxson is an Illinois licensed plumber & Ryan Callan is both Iowa and Illinois Licensed Plumber for BPI Companies, Inc.  Both are licensed for well pump install and repairs. Jeff is also licensed for Septic Installation and repairs.

Karlos Rivera

 

 

 

Karlos Rivera joined our team in 2012 and is our Sewer and Drain expert. Karlos has many years of experience with jetting and cabling sewer lines as well as camera and locate services.

 

 

 

 

Scott Lambert helps out in all trades. He handles our pool service, openings and closings.  He assists with Duct Cleaning and Foam Insulation as well as lending a hand anywhere it is needed.

Jon Brands

Jon Brands joined the BPI Companies, Inc in 2015 and set up the HVAC Division. Jon has many years of experience in the trade and oversees this Division.

Eric Brands joined BPI in fall of 2015.  Eric does most of our sheet metal fabrication and   duct cleaning.  He also lends a hand as an HVAC Technician.

At the Fulton Store, we have 2 young ladies to assist Dawn in the day to day duties during pool season which runs May thru September.  This summer you will see Adelie, and Ellie around the store testing water and assisting with sales.
